I ordered some shirts for my husband from this place because it was cheap and convenient. Been doing it for a couple of years now. This last time, I thought I'd splurge a bit and paid an extra $17 for expedited shipping, hoping it would arrive quicker. Two days go by and nothing. No shipping confirmation, nada. So I send an email to check what's going on, and suddenly, a few hours later, I get a notification that it’s shipped. But guess what? It’s shipped via UPS SurePost, which is basically a ground service and definitely not expedited. I was confused. Why did I pay extra if it’s just gonna ship like normal? I reached out to their customer service and spoke to someone named Noely. Tried to explain my frustration, but got a response that made it sound like this is just how they do things. No apology, no offer to make it right, just business-as-usual. That really rubbed me the wrong way. If they can't deliver on what they promise, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It’s not even about the money; it’s the principle. I don’t need a hassle when I’m just trying to buy some shirts. So yeah, won’t be shopping here again.

I ordered a couple of shirts from this online store 13 days back. Their site promised 1-2 days for processing and up to 7 days for shipping. Well, I’m supposed to leave for a trip soon and guess what? Still no shirts. Last week, I noticed the shipping info hadn’t been updated at all, so I reached out to customer service. Figured maybe the package got lost or something. But instead of helping me out, they just brushed me off. No updates, no solutions, just a lame "wait a bit longer" response. Even today, after it's way past their supposed delivery window, they’re still telling me to be patient. Seriously? At this point, it feels like they’re not gonna do anything to resolve the issue. If you're thinking about ordering from here, just don’t. It’s not worth the hassle.

I came across several ads for Fresh Clean Threads online, and their site initially looked like it only had men’s clothing. After some searching, I found the women’s section. The site seems mostly focused on men’s items. I decided to try their tees and bought a set of four crewnecks. I like the tees and the fit, but the sleeves are a bit short, so I won’t be buying more.

I really like their shirts. They fit nicely where they should and cover up spots I’m not so comfy with. Their pants, however, fit in a weird way. I didn’t bother returning them, but I did leave feedback on their site, and their Customer Service got in touch and was happy to process a return.
