So far, the year is going smoothly. The instructors offer additional support during help sessions and even remain available after class to assist those who are still figuring things out. It's a good idea to communicate with the teachers. I'm enjoying the courses, and using Photoshop for digital arts comes naturally!

I got 7 kids, and like every mom and dad, I know they're all special. My two youngest boys, though polite and smart, struggle with reading. One talk with the vice principal at a busy picnic, and bam! Within 3 days, they're getting the help they need. These teachers REALLY CARE!!

I have a problem with how the counselors

I have a problem with how the counselors and principals communicate. Whenever I ask a question and email them, I either don't get a response or the reply takes days or even a whole week after I've reached out.

I really appreciate eAchieve for my kids' learning needs. The one thing that could be better is the blackboard system. It's been tricky for my kids and also for me when I need to support them with homework.

eAchieve gave our high school kids more ways to learn which helped them get better at lots of things. The staff were there when needed, and everything was set up well. Our teens liked the fun things they got to do, and having choices for classes was good. They also liked how they could do homework when it worked for them. The staff were good at keeping things organized and answering questions fast. It's good for kids to use different tools for learning.

The company is good overall

The company is good overall, but it would be better if they made fewer errors in the coursework. Sometimes they say assignments are missing when they're not. I get that instructors forget to update or change things, but it happens too much.
