I really enjoyed it.
I really enjoyed it. I believe you did a wonderful job putting this box together. I get a lot of subscription boxes, many similar to yours. But this one stands out more than any other I've had. This was my first box, so I do hope the next ones are just as good. Thanks for the effort you put into selecting fun items. It makes the subscription worthwhile.

I have always been a fan of office supplies, so when I discovered Desk Stash, I just had to try it! The wait for the package was tough, but my first delivery was great! I'm really looking forward to my second one…if the wait doesn't drive me nuts first!

I wanted to try the app out and signed up for the free trial. I set a reminder on my phone to remember to cancel before the automatic renewal went through. I guess I was too late because I was charge $70. Within moments of getting the notification of being charged I reached out and told them I did not plan to continue with the App or the subscription. They denied my refund saying that it was too late (less than an hour after I got the email is too late apparently). They offered 2 years for free but I need the $70 way more than 2 years of an app I don’t plan on using. They have stopped emailing me back and have not indicated they will refund me. Very frustrating considering it is well within their power to refund me and they just choose not to. From the other negative reviews this is not an isolated incident. 🤢

Unfair, greedy
This app is unfair and greedy. It does not send reminders before charging and refuses to refund unused services. Once they take your money, you won’t get it back, even if you don’t use the app. Such practices damage trust and devalue fair online business. I strongly advise looking for more transparent and reliable alternatives.
