Attempts to bribe with a "$300 Hotel Savings Card" raised skepticism. Shared negative experience on various platforms. Company's lack of transparency and customer care leaves much to be desired.

My journey hasn't begun yet since I just booked my trip on Sunday (7/28/24), plus an extra night and upgrade for booking less than 30 days ahead. I also made two extra reservations with a special offer. I’m eager for a peaceful drive from Houston to Austin. Can’t wait to book with a rep on Monday... Excited!

Tried numerous times to get a available date for the promo in Savanah but none available. I paid extra to ensure the deal. Asked for a refund. NOPE. Was told that the other deals were 3 nights instead of 4 and wanted a deposit. I truly believe that I was scammed.

This company sells 18 month vacation certificates that they cannot fulfill. I purchased a trip to new York. I called to confirm dates and they were sold out. How are you sold out for 18 months? They kept trying to offer me other places to visit. Thumbs down!

I booked a trip but was not told there was a 2 hour lecture you had to sit through and was not told there was a 3 to 7 day cancellation in order to get your money back. I tried to cancel and was told that I could not get a refund. DO NOT fall for this scam.

Almost ALL of the 5 star reviews here are fake, probably written by AI on made up accounts. One giveaway is that they were all posted in May, June and July of this year. No doubt in a desperate attempt to improve their terrible image. Do NOT use Booksi.

I haven't traveled with them so far. I bought a package but soon found I couldn't use it, so after some discussions, I got my money back. They have gained my confidence for future plans, and I will probably buy from them again when I have the budget.

I've noticed that Booksi consistently provides the lowest rates. Their customer service is available all week long, making it easy to get in touch. From what I've seen, calling on weekday afternoons tends to result in quicker response times.

Why are there so many complaints on this site. But non on the better business bureau? After booking I've been told to pay another $429.00 for resort fees and taxes. Should this paid at the end of your stay?

Booksi's email support is great! They answer fast and nice. I had to cancel 1 of 2 bookings, they gave the refund quickly. Other booking went smooth, no extra fees at hotel. Will book with Booksi again!

This is a horrendous company and we are currently having to deal with their bad business practices because they refuse to give us our money back. Don't use them. We are having to report them to the BBB.

I agree with all the other reviews. Definitely a scam. I was fortunate enough to get a refund after blocking my credit card charges & reporting as scam. Do yourself a big favor and just stay away.

Scammers, I m out of $100 when I called to make reservation, they try to sell me other package different destination, I’ll report them to BBB . Better business bureau . Bad company !!!

This booking service is good. I faced a delay with my confirmation and a team member contacted me to follow up. I value that. Booking with this company was simple and smooth from then.

I called and told them a purchase was made fraudulently with my veteran information. They said that's sad and gave me back only a hundred dollars. Wow. Scammed a disabled veteran.

Booking with Booksi was a bit of a hassle due to heavy traffic causing a delay in confirming my booking. However, Booksi responded promptly and efficiently resolved the issue.

Paid $399 for a week in Mexico at an all-inclusive…nothing is included for $399…..that just says you want to stay there and all the dates I have any interest in are full
