Ordered 5 blinds of the same dimensions for my apartment remodel, and unfortunately, the experience with Blindster left me quite frustrated. Out of the five blinds, four were delivered with the correct measurements, but one was an inch wider than it should have been – a clear mistake on their part. Upon discovering this discrepancy, I promptly contacted Blindster to address the issue. I was instructed to send a picture along with a tape measure to substantiate my claim. I promptly emailed the requested documentation but received no response. Concerned about the lack of communication, I made a follow-up call, seeking an alternative method to submit the necessary evidence. However, the provided number didn't allow me to forward the picture. In an attempt to salvage my remodeling project, I called Blindster once again, this time to place an order for a replacement blind. To my dismay, I was informed that the company was already reviewing the situation. Despite my efforts to resolve the problem, the bottom line is that I received no response from Blindster, leaving me out an additional $64. The lack of communication and failure to rectify their mistake has left me dissatisfied with Blindster's customer service. It's disappointing to face such challenges when all I wanted was a smooth and hassle-free experience during my apartment remodel.

I must say, the level of responsiveness from this company was truly impressive, as they promptly addressed the issues with our roller shades not recoiling not once, not twice, but three times! Despite the persistent problem persisting from Thanksgiving week all the way into February, the company stood by their commitment and eventually issued a refund. However, the frustration of having a set of blinds that simply won't roll up has become unbearable. Regrettably, I find myself compelled to explore alternatives and seek a different company for my window treatment needs. The journey with this company has been marked by commendable customer service but overshadowed by the ongoing inconvenience.

I recently had an experience with the company, and unfortunately, it left me quite disappointed. When I reached out to add to my order, there was a mix-up with the measurements they inputted. To my dismay, their resolution to the issue was to split the difference in extra charges. I found this approach to be quite unfair and frankly, just wrong. While I do appreciate the quality of the blinds I received, this incident has made me hesitant to place additional orders for the rest of my house. The blinds I got were good, but I noticed the mounting hardware was visible, so I wanted to leave a review quickly to inform others. When I tried to post my review with 4 stars, it wouldn't let me. Even when I tried 3 stars, it still didn't work. I ended up putting 5 stars, and then it went through. But I made sure to mention at the end that I had to give 5 stars to get it to post. I'm not sure if they'll even publish it on their site. I noticed they used to allow reviews with pictures, but not anymore. I wanted to show the issue I had. This seems like shady behavior. I suggest avoiding this company altogether.

Placing my order was simple. I took precise measurements, and their adjustment made the blinds fit just right. I got cellular blackout shades; delivery took roughly two weeks, and the packaging was excellent. The installation guide was easy to follow. I was pleased to see each shade can be adjusted vertically with an internal screw. The click system for moving them up and down works well. I’ve had them for a week, and if they last, it will be great value for the price.

I got a custom Roman shade from this company, but it came damaged. Bad shipping. Talked with customer service - Chris, Gabby, and Cindy were great! We fixed it. Their stuff is strong and good quality. The brackets were good, and fabric nice. Sad it got damaged, but next time should be better.
