I just got these mini blinds for my dining and living room windows, and I’m really satisfied. Putting them up was quick and simple, only took about 20 minutes. They fit really well and have a nice modern look. They block enough light to keep things cozy but still let in some daylight, which is exactly what I wanted. The materials seem solid, and the slats move smoothly without getting stuck. A good deal for the price—I’ll definitely be getting more for the other rooms in the house!

I got a custom Roman shade from this company, but it came damaged. Bad shipping. Talked with customer service - Chris, Gabby, and Cindy were great! We fixed it. Their stuff is strong and good quality. The brackets were good, and fabric nice. Sad it got damaged, but next time should be better.

I bought two window shutters from Blindster and they were pretty simple to set up in my guest room. They made a huge difference in the room and really improved the overall feel. I got a price from a nearby shop for the same shutters, and it was 3 times more expensive.

I promptly emailed the requested documentation but received no response. Concerned about the lack of communication, I made a follow-up call, seeking an alternative method to submit the necessary evidence. However, the provided number didn't allow me to forward the picture. In an attempt to salvage my remodeling project, I called Blindster once again, this time to place an order for a replacement blind. To my dismay, I was informed that the company was already reviewing the situation. Despite my efforts to resolve the problem, the bottom line is that I received no response from Blindster, leaving me out an additional $64. The lack of communication and failure to rectify their mistake has left me dissatisfied with Blindster's customer service. It's disappointing to face such challenges when all I wanted was a smooth and hassle-free experience during my apartment remodel.

Despite the persistent problem persisting from Thanksgiving week all the way into February, the company stood by their commitment and eventually issued a refund. However, the frustration of having a set of blinds that simply won't roll up has become unbearable. Regrettably, I find myself compelled to explore alternatives and seek a different company for my window treatment needs. The journey with this company has been marked by commendable customer service but overshadowed by the ongoing inconvenience.

Even when I tried 3 stars, it still didn't work. I ended up putting 5 stars, and then it went through. But I made sure to mention at the end that I had to give 5 stars to get it to post. I'm not sure if they'll even publish it on their site. I noticed they used to allow reviews with pictures, but not anymore. I wanted to show the issue I had. This seems like shady behavior. I suggest avoiding this company altogether.
