This leaves me questioning the integrity of ASAP Tickets, as it seems they engage in deceptive advertising practices. The evidence I've gathered makes me contemplate legal action to address this issue.

The first two agents didn't do what I wanted and tried to make me pay extra. Even though the airline said it was free to change my flight, Jantin from the Reschedule dept helped me without any extra charges. I'm happy with his help and not happy with the other agents. Because of Jantin, I'll use ASAP again.
