ACE Rent A Car.com

My 4th time getting a car from these folks. Price is unbeatable and the help (Daniel, I think) good. Even though they're popular and there's a big line 3 out of 4 times, service is quick (they got 4 or 5 working counters) so you don't wait too long. The car (I always get a Camry) was in great shape. The only reason it's not 5* is there's no direct shuttle from LAX (as far as I know); you first go to the shuttle parking lot to catch the ACE shuttle.

Avoid this company I booked a car 13 days ahead with "Ace Rent a Car" through QEEQ.com. Paid a deposit. Reservation confirmed by email. Landed at Manchester airport as planned. Called to arrange the shuttle, only to hear no car was available due to one vehicle being in an accident. No help given. No other options suggested. No warning. Avoid both of these companies. Use with caution.

Rented a car for 13 days online, assured I had CDW but got an excess insurance too. At Toronto office, told no excess insurance, need to pay $305 more. Later told I had CDW but no 3rd party liability, in terms but not mentioned. Liars; don't do business with them, went elsewhere.
