FAYE WAS AWSOME! Company lost two luggage bags. While reporting this to lost and found at the airport started a chat session with Faye, they were quick to provide the coverage purchased along with details. Glad we had all requested documents in support of claim and once provided a claim number was assigned and shared. Airlines found and returned luggage the next day late afternoon but in that time Faye helped cover cost of needed items via a card which I was able to load directly into my apple walet, just great!

Absolutely loved every tour! The drivers were punctual, pleasant, and ensured safe travels throughout. The river rafting and zip-lining in the cloud forest were my top favorites.
