Initially, returns were declined, adding to the dissatisfaction. Attempting to resolve the issue only led to a convoluted process due to the complexity of the involved parts. Locating these components proved challenging. Ultimately, we had to part with the table as it failed to function correctly; the plastic parts intended to secure its stability were a letdown considering the cost.

I awarded it a 4-star rating, with the only reason being that it hasn't found its place on the ping pong table as of now. The component seems appropriate, but given the current winter conditions, assembly will likely have to wait until the weather becomes more favorable.

The table is awesome, and it's crafted in France, not China! The customer service is fantastic too. I'm really pleased with everything.
