I'm genuinely impressed with the personalized service I've received. Unlike previous experiences where I only submitted my imprint and that was it, this time, we've delved deep into my foot history and current discomfort. The level of attention and the potential solutions discussed have been remarkable. These orthotics may be the most accurately designed ones I've ever received, and the fact that they come at a fraction of the cost of prescription orthotics, especially with the promo offers, is truly commendable. I'm eagerly anticipating trying out this latest design.

After reading the reviews I decided to give Upstep insoles a try as I had older custom insoles by my podiatrist before and really liked. These are a little different but after using them for a week I have noticed my feet feel better and they are very comfortable. My heels still ache when I stand in place for certain amount of time at work but there is an improvement overall. The order proccess was super easy and communication was great. It took almost 2 months from start to finish to receive. Not sure how long they will last but I did order 2 pairs.

I got a call a few minuts after I asked for info and they made the process very simple so far. They explaind the process step by step and support you all the way. I have not received the orthotics yet as the process just started, but I am confident everything will go as planned and I will be satisfied.

Had forefoot pain even with the new Upstep insoles, but I could better pinpoint the area and explain the issues. The Upstep team identified the problem and redesigned the insoles within a day. (It took a bit longer to remake and send them, though.) Their customer service is unmatched.

Thes orthotics dint work 4 me so I contacted their custumer service via their website and had a return label within 24 hours. The only issue is that they have a $14 return fee (deducted from the refund) and they will only issue the refund 7 to 10 days after the product is returned.

The process was swift, but the free upgrade for scanning didn't yield the best results. I'm uncertain if any meaningful information can be derived from the scan. The image quality was not clear, and despite multiple attempts, it remained unchanged.
