I wasn't notified that the product I ordered wasn't available in stock, even though I could add it to my cart when it was in stock. Consequently, the item arrived late, delayed by an entire week. I was also entitled to free expedited shipping based on my purchase, but this has not been the first occurrence of such an issue.
