I recently placed an order for a door handle, expecting it to be shipped within three days as stated on the website. However, I encountered a significant delay when I received an email notifying me that the shipment would be delayed for three to four weeks. Frustrated with the unexpected change, I reached out to the sales department twice to seek clarification. The latest information provided indicated that the item would be shipped by the 27th of this month. Despite the promised date approaching, I have yet to receive any confirmation that the door handle has been shipped. It has now been over five weeks since I placed the order, and the lack of communication regarding the status of my purchase has been disappointing.

I find myself in a rather frustrating situation as I await the delivery of two locks that I urgently require. Unfortunately, I have not yet received them, and this delay is causing a significant inconvenience. In my original order, the need for these locks was emphasized as desperate, but despite this, they have not arrived as expected. This lapse in service has left me feeling dissatisfied and concerned about the effectiveness of the company's delivery process. I sincerely hope that the company can address this issue promptly and ensure the timely dispatch of the much-needed locks. A prompt resolution to this matter would undoubtedly improve my overall perception of the company's customer service.

Facing an issue with my Schlage lock, I reached out to the manufacturer for assistance, but unfortunately, they couldn't provide the help I needed. Thankfully, Taylor Security & Lock came to the rescue by offering to sell me the required replacement part. However, the downside is the considerable wait time of 8 to 10 weeks for the part to arrive. Patience is definitely key in this situation.

The company remembers what I bought before. When I needed new keys, I just told them which locks I got and when. It's like how things were at the local hardware store in 1949; back when things actually worked out sometimes. It's not like Amazon or Walmart, but it gets the job done.
