Experiencing delays in receiving missing parts has been an exasperating ordeal that has stretched over a discouraging two-month period. Regrettably, my attempts to seek assistance from customer support have yielded little more than assurances that they are diligently addressing the issue. This prolonged wait, coupled with the lack of substantive support, has left me feeling notably frustrated.

After talking to reps from two sauna companies, we found that Sunlighten wasn't the cheapest, but it was the best quality. Joshua, our rep, gave great service. He answered all our questions, even on a Sunday! We chose the 3-person MPulse Conquer, and he helped with accessories too. Paying was easy, and it only took an hour. We're pumped for our new sauna! Joshua rocks!

Had a great time with Daisy! Our new 2 person sauna is fantastic! We use it daily. Gets to 124 in 30 min. Then to 144 in an hour. It's pretty. We got basswood. Came in 8 days! Delivery was good and they put it in our garage. Easy to install with 2 people. Speakers are cool! Bench is comfy. Had to pay an electrician to run wires, but worth it!!
