WORKERS BE AWARE: This is the absolute worst place you could work
von Audrey

WORKERS BE AWARE: This is the absolute worst place you could work. They do not care about their employees at all. You'll work so hard you could end up with serious health issues, and they'll still treat you badly. They break basic worker rights and act like it's no big deal. The place is run by catty women who think they're gods. It's like a high school mean girls movie, but even worse. Terrible people! Don't just walk, run away from this place! It's basically a pyramid scheme. They push you to hit crazy goals just so they can get their botox money. They care more about profits than anything, even your health and safety. This job is a complete joke. If you get it, be ready to lose your soul! PATIENTS BE AWARE: Most of the time, they only deliver so-so results. Some patients have had terrible outcomes too, like messed-up belly buttons and sometimes really bad infections. The doctors are terrible and treat both patients and the clinic staff with rudeness and disrespect. The Practice Manager is a joke. She just sits around, doing nothing but micromanaging the whole staff. The experience is overpriced and unimpressive. You will probably end up disappointed. THEY TEACH THE CONSULTANTS TO CONVICE PEOPLE TO GIVE THEM ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN! Don’t be tricked. Do your research!

I am sharing my experience.
von Amanda

I am sharing my experience. It has taken me a bit over a year to do so because I wanted to give this place a fair chance. However, I feel it’s really crucial for others to know what they might be getting into. I was really eager to have my liposuction, thinking it would be a great way to lose those stubborn pounds that just wouldn't go away. My time at Sono Bello turned out to be a terrible choice; I need everyone to be aware of the awful ordeal I faced with their liposuction. I was accepted for the surgery, thinking I only had to spend $8000 and I would be slim and pleased. well, one year later and it is still a nightmare. Not only has the weight not come off, but the swelling is terrible. During the procedure, the doctor didn’t give me any medication. I felt every bit of it; my stomach never numbed. I felt them cutting through all of my tissue. I was crying and writhing on the table, and halfway through the surgery, the doctor finally gave me a Lortab 7.5 to help with the intense pain. The doctor seemed unaware of how much pain I was in because he was too busy chatting with someone about random stuff that had nothing to do with me or my health needs, as if it was perfectly normal for him to see people suffering that much. I usually handle pain well; I gave birth to a 9-pound baby without meds, and I can honestly say this pain was just as bad. It was so awful that they had to stop and could not finish what they were meant to do. I was supposed to have work done on my upper, middle, lower, pelvic area, hips, and waist. They never got to my hips and waist. At one point during the surgery, I remember crying and thinking this must be what torture feels like. I couldn’t believe that even though I was thrashing around and in so much pain, they continued with my stomach. For weeks after, I kept waking up in the night crying because it felt like I was still being tortured by the pain. When I went back for a follow-up, my stomach was still super swollen and I could barely touch it. When I showed the nurse my stomach, her eyes nearly popped out! She rushed out to get the head nurse to look at it too. They both said they’d never seen a stomach look like mine. After all this, I still didn't get to see the doctor who did my procedure; it was just two nurses. A couple of weeks later, I ended up in the ER because the pain and swelling were unbearable! The ER doctor said they needed to do a CT scan to see if my organs were damaged. Luckily, that wasn’t the case. Then two months later, the pain was still awful, and I ended up back in the ER again. They did another CT scan, and all the doctors were shocked by my situation; they looked at my stomach and said it looked like a hamburger. It was terrible, and many said it could be medical malpractice. After all this, I received a text from the lady who handled the loan approval saying we needed to schedule a time to finish my liposuction since they couldn't complete it because I was in so much pain. I told her there was no way I would ever put my body through that again. She then said, “It won’t be the same doctor, and the other doctor gives more medicine.” So, you’re telling me that I didn’t receive proper care because I had a bad doctor? I am truly astonished by all the issues I have had since. A year later, and my stomach problems are still severe, with swelling in all my subcutaneous tissues being off the charts! Please, please do not get liposuction thinking it will be just a little pain. It is not a day at the spa like they claim. The pain is the worst you can imagine, and after a year, I’m still suffering with no results, plus I’m in debt for $8000.

I had a procedure done here, and during it
von Candice

I had a procedure done here, and during it, I told the staff I was experiencing a lot of pain. Their response was that we were almost finished, which didn't seem to acknowledge my discomfort. After the procedure, I noticed a strong odor from my incision. Days later, when I was told to remove the steri strips, I found 4 open holes with yellow and green pus and red streaks. I was asked to visit the office so the doctor could examine my incision. We traveled nearly 3 hours, but the doctor never came in; instead, the nurse took pictures. I was given ointment and told to apply it daily and send updates, but I received no response despite sending photos showing worsening conditions. After contacting the clinic again, the doctor claimed it wasn't infected and suggested waiting, but he never followed up. I ended up seeing my regular doctor, who referred me to a wound specialist. Tests showed a severe infection, likely from improperly sanitized instruments, requiring multiple rounds of antibiotics. The clinic ignored my emails, showing a lack of care once they had my money. Avoid this place!

My experience with Sono Bello
von Ematalka

My experience with Sono Bello was beyond disappointing and distressing. I initially visited the Baltimore location and proceeded to Tysons for a plastic surgery consultation. The lack of communication between the medical staff and the coordinator was evident when additional procedures were suggested but not properly conveyed to me. Despite arriving on time, my procedure was delayed significantly. The focus on financial gain rather than my satisfaction was apparent, making it clear that Sono Bello prioritizes money and commissions over patient care. The unprofessionalism reached its peak when my procedure was unexpectedly pushed back, causing emotional distress. The overall experience was so disheartening that I opted to cancel and requested a refund. Mellanie's unprofessional behavior and attempts to shift blame to the Baltimore location further exacerbated the situation. Sono Bello's lack of respect and professionalism is evident, and I regret ever considering their services. My advice: steer clear of Tysons Corner, and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

The customer service at the
von Denise

The customer service at the McLean, VA Sono Bello Liposuction Center was good until I had my liposuction surgery on various body parts. Unfortunately, I was left dissatisfied with the results. Following my six-month check-up, I expressed my concerns, but instead of addressing them, I was advised not to contact Sono Bello again. This left me feeling frustrated. I sought help from other medical professionals and even therapy due to the dissatisfaction with the outcome of the procedure. The appearance of keloids resulting from the surgery was particularly distressing, and I now need further surgery to correct it, incurring additional costs. This experience has led me to consider seeking legal advice regarding the matter.

I fell for the hype and smooth talk
von Anonymous

I fell for the hype and smooth talk, I asked them about the reviews I saw and was told that most negative feedback was fake or from people who hoped for too much from their services. I thought about backing out but was persuaded and reassured that everything would go well. I really should have listened to those who warned me against it. It was one of the worst decisions I ever made; it's like having major surgery without anesthesia. The pain and suffering I endured and still feel is with me every single day. Please, appreciate your body as it is. I would do anything to turn back time and keep my little "spare tire" instead of going through this nightmare.

My experience with the McLean
von Gendron

My experience with the McLean, VA Sono Bello Liposuction Center was disappointing. Despite initially positive customer service, the aftermath of my liposuction and skin-tightening procedures left me butchered. After expressing concerns during the six-month follow-up, I was denied further assessments. Seeking help elsewhere, I discovered Dr. F.'s sloppy sutures, resulting in unsightly keloids above my bikini line. To rectify this, I now face an additional $5,200 in corrective surgery costs. Sono Bello's lack of accountability and the need for legal intervention cast a shadow over my $17k investment. Not recommended.

Well, the company's process left
von Samantha

Well, the company's process left me disappointed. I went in for surgery, but another doctor, who was still in training, ended up performing it alongside the one I selected. This extended the surgery time, and my blood pressure dropped significantly twice during the procedure. What's more frustrating is that I wasn't informed beforehand that there's a chance I wouldn't get the doctor I chose. It seems misleading, especially considering it wasn't mentioned in the paperwork. Overall, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company.

Warning to all! Absolute SCAM
von Tiffany

Warning to all! Absolute SCAM! Stay away and avoid signing up with them! Their deceit knows no bounds; even leaving a review on their site is impossible. The glowing reviews on Sonobello's website? Pure fiction! The exorbitant cost of this dreadful procedure yields minimal results—I shed 10 pounds but paid a staggering $14,000! The pain is unbearable, and recovery extends far beyond the promised 3-4 days, lingering for a torturous 2 months. Ladies, be wise—steer clear of this SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

I am a retired skin doctor.
von Christine Glavey

I am a retired skin doctor. I never bought this machine because it didn't seem effective. I spoke to a skin specialist nearby and asked him why he got it. He mentioned it works well for women with under 1 cm of fat, and I quote, "you know those cheerleaders who just have a little fat to treat." That’s not what they show on TV, right? I feel bad for the woman who got cellulitis from her treatments. The ladies shown on TV probably need liposuction by a qualified plastic surgeon or skin doctor.

It's a scam! Misleading ads.
von Christine

It's a scam! Misleading ads. Scottsdale Sono Bello are dishonest, and my body didn't change. I raised concerns, but they said they removed a lot of fat, which wasn't true. The procedure was quite painful, and the pill they gave didn’t help. I overheard them telling someone else it was painless, which was untrue. Save your cash—exercise and diet work better and cost less. No refunds!

The company wasn't helpful.
von Emma

The company wasn't helpful. They give you four days of pain meds and then nothing. They said you can go back to work in 3-4 days but their compression garment doesn't fit well and presses on the bruised area. They don't give you much post-procedure instructions.

My bed has finally arrived.
von Anonymous

My bed has finally arrived. It took some time, but it’s worth it. I really like it; it’s cozy and firm. Big thanks to the two guys who delivered it. I’m pleased with my buy and will suggest it to my family. Thanks Sonno for this fine quality bed.

I’m in my 3rd month after my treatment.
von Diana

I’m in my 3rd month after my treatment. I’m still quite pleased with my results. They keep improving each week. I would suggest the Ontario, Calif. office. They are skilled, warm, and attentive. Thanks, Sonobello. D. Gendron

The workers are really helpful.
von Heather

The workers are really helpful. I had bad luck with an infection. I had to drive over an hour for them to check me out and switch antibiotics. Now I must visit a wound care clinic every week. Worst recovery experience ever!
