I am writing about my experience with Sheer ID to get verified with LuluLemon’s sweat collective. I am a certified personal trainer, using my certification as a Senior Fitness Specialist. I applied for the Lululemon Sweat collective and was denied by Sheer ID initially, claiming that my insurance information was incorrect. Despite providing a copy of my newly renewed CPT license and photo ID, there were ongoing issues. I even purchased specific personal trainer insurance, and they claimed the document "appeared altered." I sent the verification of insurance directly to them electronically, but they insisted it seemed altered. I forwarded them the email from the insurance company directly and am awaiting a response. This process has been incredibly difficult, and I am reaching out to Lululemon directly while leaving negative reviews until Sheer ID addresses and corrects this issue.

The original application process was confusing. It kept showing an unclear error message when I tried to apply. I wasn't sure if it was a server problem, so I sent my form many times (whoops). I emailed SheerID and got a reply within 12 hours, approving my application. I'm happy with my experience. I just wish the confirmation page (for not being approved) would say exactly what document is needed.

I wanna thanks Ron B for his help. He emailed me and sorted my issue personally. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't get verified after being rejected so many times by support. I sent them loads of docs like my birth cert, social security, license, passport, bank statement, but they kept saying it's not enough. Thanks again Ron B. Support needs more folks like him.

I live in Quebec, and your communication is only in English, which I find mysterious. However, the responses via email are fast, and the information is okay.

They answered quickly and were nice in their responses. They assisted me with what I needed and resolved my issue quickly.

Lululemon's military discount approval was a hassle. Customer service was no help. But SheerID fixed it.
