We bought a 32" bathroom TV and had trouble ordering online. After a few tries, we finally got in touch with a nice guy named Mark by phone. He helped us choose the best model from a few options on the site. We debated between the new LG WebOS and the Google model, but picked Google because the LG wasn't available yet. The model was great with its advanced OS, awesome speakers, and latest apps. Now our kids enjoy hanging out in the bathroom, relaxing and watching TV. We're happy with our purchase.

I have yet to receive my purchase, but the customer service provided by Jay has been exceptional. Despite a bit of initial confusion, all my questions were answered quickly and professionally. Jay’s responsiveness and thoroughness have made this a positive experience so far. I highly recommend Sarason and am looking forward to receiving my product. Great experience so far!

We found SARASON online for a new bathroom TV. Price and company history seemed solid. TV arrived next day. Picture and sound quality impressed us. Netflix setup went smoothly. Happy with our purchase!
