It arrives quickly with ice packs, so weather isn’t an issue. I looked around and found that this company is quite pricey for membership. Other places charge around $99 a month, or even $60 after a call, so I tried to negotiate with ro. They said no immediately… which seems unfair because the body program has perks, but I don’t use 90% of it, so I hoped they'd lower their price to at least $99. The medication costs about the same everywhere, which is good. I’m unsure if I should stick with this company, though, as I'm debating whether switching would be worth the $50-80 difference on top of the $545 monthly cost. Even after the first shot, my appetite was greatly reduced and the “food noise” disappeared! So, that’s a plus! Overall, the company is pretty reliable given my lack of insurance.

The first set of communications were fast and I got the first vial of medication quickly. I started using their version of GLP1 without any side effects. Now it's onto requesting another month of medication and I get zero assistance. You're supposed to take the medication the same day every week, well, they delivered the second batch almost 2 weeks late. And no response from requested updates. Now I have my second batch, choose a new start date and all of a sudden I am having a bunch of side effects. I have an issue with the lack of controls in place that the 2 different batches would be that different that I started having side effects almost immediately after taking a shot from the 2nd batch. That would be no, I will NOT be purchasing from you if you cannot keep the compounds similar, I cannot jeopardize my health in this way.

Long story short, I attempted to obtain one of the weight loss options and after playing for a month of service, at home blood test kit, the responded back and advised that since I didn’t have a condition approved through my insurance it would be $1k per mo the for name brand or $500 for their generic version. Not really sure why they get away with advertising $150 per month but that’s only their fee. Don’t waste your time. It may have been an option in the past but now that all of the incentives are gone, unless you want to pay $1k per month for weight loss meds, don’t bother

They took my money and didn’t prescribe a medication that I could afford or that my insurance will cover. After going back to them and explaining that I needed an alternative medication that my insurance covers, they said they couldn’t help me anymore. They also mentioned they couldn’t give me a refund. On their website, it states that they work with patients to find another medication that is covered if the original medication isn't. But it feels like all of that is a lie—they just don’t care if you can’t get your medication; they just take your money.
