Our experience with Relayfi has been reaaly disappointing. The abrupt closure of our account during our initial outbound transfer request was baffling. Promised reimbursement via check within three weeks never materialized, prolonging our frustration to a staggering four months. Interactions with Relayfi staff, hiding behind questionable pseudonyms like Sanjay, Nick, Toby, and Miranda, only added to the unprofessionalism. Their elusive phone responses, coupled with apparent dishonesty, left us with no choice but to escalate the matter to the FDIC and consider legal action against this dubious entity.

Relay is a good bank to work with.

As an e-commerce seller, I had trouble before with other banks getting necessary info for opening merchant accounts. Relay has all of that in their banking platform. You can get your bank letter right away. I haven't tried the checks yet. They're open 7 days a week, and their phone line is open Monday - Friday 9am to 8pm EST, which is really good. Their customer service is always great. Alice, thanks for your help today. I really appreciate it. I hope you get promoted to the highest level at your workplace. You deserve it. Thanks again.

This bank is terrible. They blocked my money for no reason, and it took a whole three months to get it back, and they only sent a check. It almost messed up my business since they froze my account for no reason. It's the worst banking experience I've ever had. The only positive is that I switched to Mercury, which is a lot better.
