Purchased a picture and what they call a hanger from this company. I was really upset when it arrived. The picture quality was really bad, and the frame (hanger) was just four pieces of cheap wood and string. I could have found something better at a kindergarten club! I bought it for my dog who had just passed away, and it was really disappointing. I'm going to report them to trading standards because of how bad it was.

It was simple to order, the items arrived in 2 days and the quality is great. Will surely use them again.

So, if everything goes smoothly, they're fine. But once you've got a problem, forget it. They won't own up to anything, whether it's returning stuff, quality complaints, wrong items, or even dirty paper. I wouldn't bother using them again, not even if you offered me money. It's disappointing because they make big promises in their terms and conditions.

The invitations I received were lovely overall, but I noticed that one line runs slightly off the page, which wasn't the case in my original design. It would have been appreciated if this had been adjusted or if I had been contacted to be informed of the situation.
