I really like the ornament; it's very sweet. The only issue is that I ordered 3 ornaments to give to a friend, but I only got one small white bag. It would be better if there was one bag for each ornament since they are gifts! Also, the hair colors on the ornaments are not quite the same as shown online. But, in general, I'm satisfied with the order.

My recent experience with this company was mixed. The first two times were good. I customized mugs for my sisters and a t-shirt for dad. The third time, I ordered mugs for my family. The quality was excellent, but the delivery took too long—about a month and a half, unlike the quick delivery of my previous orders.

The personalized cup is just what I expected - it's ideal. I ordered an extra one by mistake, but I got in touch right away. They quickly cancelled it and gave me a refund - no problems at all.
