This pet insurance company is not good at all. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Their staff aren't professional. They try to avoid paying claims, even for small amounts like $50. I had the same claim rejected once and accepted another time. They're not reliable and inconsistent. There are much better options out there. Don't go with Lemonade. They're not worth your time or money.

The agent was nice and the process was surprisingly easy. We now rent and still use Lemonade for renters insurance. I'd definitely suggest them and hope they offer car insurance in my state soon!
