Lecker, aber zeitintensiv

Schmeckt super und hält satt, nur brauchen manche Rezepte länger als angegeben. Trotzdem fühle ich mich energiegeladener und motiviert.

Es war eine wirklich positive Erfahrung… ich habe das Gewicht, das ich in den letzten vier Jahren zugenommen hatte, in nur wenigen Monaten verloren und fühle mich viel besser! Die Pläne sind einfach zu befolgen und die Rezepte sind schnell und unkompliziert… immer wenn ich Hilfe brauchte, bekam ich schnelle Antworten und viel Unterstützung und Ratschläge… Ich behalte das Abonnement, obwohl ich mein Zielgewicht erreicht habe, um immer wieder darauf zurückgreifen zu können und es an meine neuen Bedürfnisse anzupassen oder es erneut zu nutzen, falls ich es jemals brauche… sehr empfoheln

They would not give me a refund of $33.00

I was very disappointed when I tried to contact them back in July and none of the emails would go through…now today…they notified me that I ordered 2 more months and took the money from my PayPal…I messaged them back…finally found a way to contact …Let them know I was a senior citizen….they said sorry not refund…then they offered me 25% back…then 50% back…honestly what an insult…I said I would like 100% of my money back…and they never responded. I told them I would share my experience in my review. They must be desperate to keep my $33.00…I don’t trust a company who doesn’t have empathy for these situations, if they had messaged me that they were going to charge me for 2 mos…I could have cancelled…but now they have put it through as an order that I asked for…

Overcharging on subscription services

I unfortunately signed up for this program as many people do after new years last year, I wasn’t to sure about the keto program but I thought I would give it a go, I paid the subscription fee of what I thought was around $12 AUD not realising it was in AD. Anyway that aside I tried the program and found that it was too limited for my health needs so I cancelled the service and deleted the app. Come new year 2025 a charge of $159.61 appears on my credit card from keto cycle. I tried contacting the company and was told it was my fault as I didn’t have any record of cancellation.

I began strong and dropped 4 pounds in the first week, but then I put back 1 pound, and the scale isn’t changing now. I stick to the food plan and work out daily. I'm a bit worried about the cream and saturated fats, so I swap butter for olive oil. The meals taste good thanks to the fats.
