My son's backpack developed a tear at the bottom. I contacted them, and they mentioned the warranty and said they'd either repair it or issue a gift card. I paid $12 at the post office to send it in. They emailed saying the backpack would be sent back today. When I received it, nothing had been repaired. They stated, “Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Normal wear and tear, like your backpack’s hole, isn’t covered.” I am quite let down by Jansport.

I asked to cancel in one day and they didn’t even send it out. Now they say they’re busy in the warehouse and can't do anything??? Does the warehouse belong to some one else???

The bags are of low quality and cost a lot. I bought one and followed the return guide, but it's been nearly two months and they still haven’t returned my money.
