I ordered a refurbished iPad mini and was having it delivered to my PO Box. Well, the item never arrived, and the post office had a message stating it was discarded and being sent back. I immediately contacted the company via email. It took several days before I received a response. Well, going back and forth with them, I requested a refund. Eventually, I was told that they would issue a refund. It's been 3 weeks, and I have no refund or iPad. Rewritten Review: I recently purchased a refurbished iPad mini from this company and opted for delivery to my PO Box. Unfortunately, the delivery encountered issues, as the item never reached me and was reportedly discarded by the post office, slated for return. Distressed by the situation, I promptly reached out to the company through email. However, the response time was disappointingly slow, taking several days before I received any acknowledgment. Throughout our correspondence, I communicated my frustration and eventually requested a refund. After a series of back-and-forths, the company assured me that a refund would be issued. Regrettably, it has now been three weeks, and I find myself without either the refund or the iPad I initially ordered. This extended delay has left me dissatisfied with the overall experience and service provided by the company.

iTechDeals, or should I say iTechSteals, is an absolute nightmare of a company – I strongly advise against making any purchases from them. My unfortunate experience involved buying two MacBook Air laptops that turned out to be plagued with power issues and a complete inability to update. Despite following the return process diligently, my hopes were dashed when I received a shipping label seemingly covering the return expenses. To my dismay, six days after the tracking information confirmed the delivery, I received the infuriating notification that the package was declared 'delivered empty.' As a result, any chance of a refund was summarily denied. What adds insult to injury is that, due to the provided shipping label, I found myself unable to file a claim. Strangely, iTechDeals failed to take any action with FedEx on my behalf, leaving me with the distinct impression that they intentionally avoided doing so, likely because they had received the laptops. In short, iTechDeals operates with a level of dishonesty that is downright disheartening, and their customer service seems to be nonexistent when it comes to addressing the consequences of their own missteps. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

Caution is paramount when considering a purchase from this company. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I made the unfortunate decision to buy a Samsung laptop, only to receive a product with a broken charger port and screen. It rendered the laptop completely unusable. In my attempts to seek resolution, I reached out to the company, and they instructed me to return the item for a reimbursement. That was more than two weeks ago, and I'm still awaiting any sign of reimbursement. Their communication has been abysmal, and the entire experience has left me frustrated and utterly disappointed. To put it bluntly, my encounter with this company has been nothing short of a dreadful experience, and I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

Well, I bought a fixed-up iPad mini and had it sent to my PO Box. But it never showed up, and the post office said they chucked it and sent it back. I emailed the company right away, but it took them ages to reply. After a bunch of emails, I asked for my money back. They finally said they'd give it back to me. It's been 3 weeks now, and I still don't have my money or the iPad.

Purchased an iPad mini lately. Price was fair. But, it's an old model. Can't download any apps. Disappointing. Wish they mentioned it in the description. Waste of money.
