I had a chat with a representative regarding some display problems with my account status. Initially, it showed 'Prescription' after program approval, but later reverted to 'Consultation' without any reason. The representative checked with the Pharmacy and confirmed my prescription is on file. They're creating a ticket for IT to look into this issue. I must say, the chat agents have been great. Both were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They addressed all my questions and handled my concerns well.

Invigor Medical engages in false and misleading marketing practices

Company refused to honor a discount offer received via email saying that the offer only applied to products not ordered previously even though email ad detailed NO such restrictions. Escalation to management yield no response. Pretty shifty, quite shortsighted way to engage with a (now former) customer. Makes one wonder what else is going on behind the scenes. I will be reporting the matter to the Attorney General of California's office for their guidance.

Absolute nightmare dealing with this company! Getting in touch with them is impossible—no response to calls, texts, or emails. All they care about is grabbing your $459/$500. Everything else is a non-issue for them. If you're keen on tossing your money down the drain, congratulations, this is the company for you. But if you're after decent service, save yourself the trouble and run the other way!

Shipments consistently arrive on time, but a word of caution: be careful not to inadvertently discard the actual medication. They package it within the bubble wrap, and I accidentally threw it away. After rummaging through three bags of trash, I fortunately located it.
