Customer service at Homary, especially with Rhythm, my representative, is really great! She, along with Homary's amazing policy, truly stands out. After having my beautiful dining room table, which I really like, for nearly a year, I noticed two small but concerning blemishes on the leg structure. I reached out to the company and was lucky to be helped by Rhythm, who asked for photos and quickly began addressing my inquiry, going beyond to solve my problem. She managed the whole process from start to finish. The response was quick, polite, respectful, and kind. They fixed my issue completely. Rhythm was considerate, apologetic, and made the experience personal, so I felt like I wasn’t dealing with a large company, but more like a small family-run business. I can't say enough good things about how they handled my situation. Thanks, Rhythm, thanks, Homary. I am so happy! I felt motivated to share this review because of my great experience with customer service and the company Homary. I didn’t get any reward for writing this review. I also want to mention...I got my package and am very pleased with the wonderful effort and care shown through the careful precautions taken in packing with a superior system, including the rubber around the inside of the box. My item arrived in perfect condition. Thank you very much for that!!!

Super helpful, I totally suggest them and giving a 5 star. I had an issue with my second order which was PayPal's mistake. As soon as I contacted customer service, they quickly replied and were really helpful, and it got sorted out. I've ordered 3 lights from Homary and I can say they are quick and trustworty, shipping took just 24hrs and all my packages were neatly and safely sent. This is not a scam, I really like them!

I ordered an expensive vanity stool from Homary. When it arrived, assembly was challenging as the metal tracks on the seat barely fit the extensions on the legs. After struggling to put it together, only 2 of the 8 screw holes lined up, preventing secure assembly. While disassembling for return, my husband cut his hand on the sharp metal extensions. Despite my efforts, Homary has been refusing to send a return label and refund my approximately THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS for about a week. They've provided various nonsensical explanations for not issuing a return label and refund. I'm still awaiting resolution. I won't order from them again, and I advise caution when purchasing expensive items, as getting a refund for defective products may be challenging.

Avoid this company. It's a scam; they refuse to refund your money for returns. Despite responding to reviews and asking customers to reach out, their assistance is unhelpful, consisting of apologies and survey requests. I won't provide my order number since they haven't been helpful, and my bank will handle the issue. This company should be shut down. I'm still surprised I fell for the positive reviews.
