I'm incredibly frustrated with the service I received today. Despite paying the £250 as instructed, I was promised that my loan and repayment would be in my account within 2-3 hours. However, it's now 10:00 PM, and there's been no sign of it. No call, no email—just radio silence.

They sorta saved my finances! I was payin' 25% intrest with discover and even with payin' more than minimum it wasn't makin' a dent. By consolidatin' my debt I was able to get a lower payment and rate and finally get some breathin' room.
