The company's practices seem shady, service is bad

The company's practices seem shady, service is bad, software's a mess, and fixing things is hard. Not many folks accept VOIP anymore, so calls might not get through. Grasshopper could've done more to stop spam. When folks call, it goes straight to voicemail, missing calls. Texting's okay though. Getting voice recordings right helps, but it's tough. Canceling's a pain, no online option, long waits on the phone. Not worth it.

Avoid this service

Avoid this service! They appeared fine initially, but then were unhelpful and kept your money for a whole year even if you used only one month. They lack features compared to other companies. No outgoing faxes and require you to buy another number for a separate fax. My business needs changed, but they were of no assistance.
