I ordered name blankets last year from a different company and was expecting the same thickness, but unfortunately, these blankets turned out to be too thin. That is my only disappointment. However, I love the colors and Biblical references incorporated with all my grandkids' pictures and names.

The customer service is good. The quality of the product is great. My granddaughter likes the blanket. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star. Is their shipping needs improvement? They need to find a way to ship more directly so that it gets there in a timely manner.
