Durable has been such a easy to use and user-friendly website builder! Previous to Durable, I worked with a website consultant and I like this version of my website better already. Practical, cheap, easy to use. The customer success team has also been very helpful & informative with handling a few questions and providing recommendations along the way. 10/10 recommend!! Especially for solopreneurs with limited knowledge or time to spend on creating and maintaining a website.

Rita was very helpful and nice. She answered all my questions quickly and explained everything simply and nicely! She had a warm and welcoming presence. Regarding Durable, it's a good platform for your website, very easy and easy to use, and quite affordable for what it offers. The only downside would be limited options for non-US payments (euros signs for invoices, online payments for non-US).

I contacted them for website help and got quicck, face-to-face support. Rita was fantastic. She guided me through some DNS problems and made sure my site was live. The customer service here is amazing! I had 8 problems making my website. They fixed it ALL. I was really surprised by how quick and clever they fixed everything. I am a happy "lasting" customer!! :)
