I love how cozy their stuff is, but dealing with Cozy Earth? Big headache. I was about to hit that order button, but the next day, bam, the same thing I wanted was $85 more. Like, seriously? They advertise one price, and when you're ready to splash the cash, it's a whole different story. Shipping? Supposedly free, but oh no, there's this sneaky fee making the price shoot up even more. Tired of the games, you know? Just want to make a choice without feeling like they're pulling a fast one. Even trying to share my thoughts in a review, they're messing around with my identity. Boo to the Cozy Earth shenanigans! Love the products, but enough is enough.

The comfort and quality is amazing. I even bought my husband joggers and he is very hard to please and he raved about them too. The website is on the ball about responding if you are looking online but my only complaint is that sometimes you see one price and then it’s a higher price at checkout so I guess that is why I get text and emails from representatives asking where I went, did I see something I liked and that I forgot to close the deal. It was the inconsistency of pricing that had me not closing the deal on certain purchases. But again the quality and comfort is top shelf.

Their return process is simple enough, but be prepared to face hefty fees and shipping costs when initiating a return. I recently purchased sheets and a pajama top, the latter not fitting as expected. Despite using a discount code and paying $30 for the top, my credited amount after the return was a mere $13.00. I've grown wary of companies that set sky-high prices for sheets at $400 or charge $70 for a top, only to pass on the return expenses to dissatisfied customers. Be cautious when dealing with Cozy Earth.

The customer service is really bad! I ordered something a week ago and still haven't got any info about shipping. When I called, they said my order is just getting packed and will be shipped in a couple of days. Then it will take another 5-8 business days to arrive. The people I talked to were rude and didn't know how to help. They wouldn't give me a number to complain further. I tried to cancel my order but they wouldn't let me. It's so annoying considering how much they charge.

These sheets are very soft and cozy and the color is nice . But I do wish they had a little more weight to them as they don’t stay in place well . I also wish that the flat sheet were longer on the sides . It’s too short in the side to tuck in, so the sheeting gets sloppy quick , which is a let peeve of mine. If you are only looking for soft sheets and don’t like your sheets tucked tight these might be great for you

These sheets are really nice! They feel really soft and comfy. The customer service was really good and they were really easy to deal with. I saw a weird spot on my fitted sheet when I first put it on the bed and filled out a warranty claim. They took care of it fast and it wasn't a hassle. I got a new sheet soon after. I'll buy from them again for sure.

I splurged and got the women’s joggers with the pocket tshirt. The material is wonderful! My only complaints are that both the joggers and the tshirt are very short on me. I’m 5’7” so I didn’t expect to have that issue. I wish they ran normal length because I would order the wide leg pants as they’re super comfy!

The pillow cases I received had a big hole in them. It's been 10 days and I'm still waiting for the warranties department to sort it out. I filled out their form and sent pictures. I thought a top brand would have better customer service. Be cautious!
