Classy leather bags has an easy ordering and payment process with many options for payment. I have 4 classy leather bags. Two doubles, one briefcase, and one trolley. I am actually displeased with the trolley because the advertisement was a 44-inch rolling bag and it is way too small, very very small. I have not contacted Classy leather bags customer service about this, I can deal with what I have. I was disappointed. It was smaller than I expected.

The size of the bag is great, and the fact that it's lined adds a nice touch. However, the downside to this bag is the length at which the strap is cut. It would be more practical if the buckle were positioned differently. Currently, it hits the shoulder right at the chin, causing inconvenience when turning the head. Adding holes to adjust the strap is a solution, but it's unfortunate that it will also shorten the length.

The 21” Buffalo leather Stellan duffle travel bag was just what I needed. I ended up buying two. The quality and craftsmanship are solid. The customer service went the extra mile. The bag I received was damaged, with loose stitching and poor workmanship. When I contacted customer service, they claimed it's normal for natural leather, but the leather itself is low-quality and thin. They insisted I send it back to India for a refund, at my own cost. I won't be purchasing from them again. The product photos are deceptive.

The bag came 11 days (12 by my count) after I ordered. I got a notice 2 days later that it was ready to ship, then it just stayed there for days. The quality seems fine so far. I like the strap length, and the crossbody strap is long and fully adjustable, which is nice. Shipping was not good, so I probably wouldn't shop with CLB again.

It's noticeable that the holes at the straps are not in symmetrical positions. While I understand that it's a handmade product, achieving symmetry is considered basic craftsmanship, and it seems that this aspect is not well-executed in this case.

The bag looks good and has many handles and a shoulder strap. Only problem is the leather in some spots is very dry. Would be nice if they included a small bottle of leather conditioner and a smooth brush. Now I have to buy that.

I'm disappointed with the quality of the leather, as it feels almost like plastic. This was my last order. Have a great day. Additionally, the tracking information provided was poor, to say the least.

The company's leather bags are cool. The personal designs are nice. My only mistake was not ordering more when the discount was offered. I will definitely reorder.

The leather quality isn't great. After a 6-day trip, it looks older. Unsure if this is usual, but not impressed for the cost.
