My order couldn't be processed over the weekend, so after contacting my bank to clear Canada, I tried placing the order by phone with Petcare. It kept getting rejected. The CSR said they were based in the UK, not Canada, so I had the bank clear UK. When I called the company again, it was still being rejected. The bank then told me the transaction was coming from Mauritius, so they cleared that too. By now, I was suspicious. I called the company again to explain my concerns, and the CSR said they were a global firm and I should clear Petcare for all countries. I told him I couldn’t do that and had a different solution...click. I called the bank for the fifth time and asked them to increase security. These scammers now have my CC# and details, so I need to monitor my account closely. At least I didn’t get the order processed. Thank you JESUS!

Second try buying from this place. I'm not entirely sure yet. They say CanadaPetCare but ship from the UK. Not sure if meds are made there. Dogs seem okay with it, but not fully trusting. If packaging's like last time, might not buy again. Also, most reviews seem fake. Easy to spot with all those 5 stars bunched together.

As others have mentioned, this site isn’t based in Canada. It's unclear what the medications really contain. I reached out to customer service, but they wouldn’t confirm if it’s the same as what’s available in the United States. The $20 you save isn’t worth risking your pet's health.

I've had no trouble with CandaPetCare. They’ve helped us save a lot of money on flea and tick meds for our 2 dogs and 6 cats here in the USA. I’m not picky, so if they do a fair and decent job, I'm satisfied. So, I'm satisfied and suggest them.

I’ve always been happy with CanadaPetCare. I use the auto ship, so they send me my heart guard and Bravecto when needed. When I call, they pick up and answer my questions. I recommend them.

I’ve had decent experiences with them before. Now, it seems they are down for the US. Can't even access the site at all now.
