After reaching out to the company on November 30, 2023, they assured me of a refund and a confirmation email, which I never received. Despite multiple follow-ups, the situation persists. Their explanations ranged from order cancellation to technical difficulties, leaving me without a refund. Disappointed with the lack of resolution and communication, I won't be considering this company for future purchases.

Initially, I wanted to buy just one set of Henley shirts from ALPHABETDEAL. But when I got the receipt, it showed I had been charged for four sets instead. I contacted them right away, explaining the error. They assured me they would fix it and refund the extra amount. However, despite my attempts to follow up via email and phone calls, I didn't get any resolution. Eventually, I had to involve my credit card company and initiate a chargeback against ALPHABETDEAL.

I saw this amazing deal for 2 pairs of dress pants priced just above $20, and it was too good to pass up. The delivery was swift, and to my pleasant surprise, the package included complimentary belts. While one pair was slightly tight around the waist, and the inseam seemed a tad too long, I can't complain considering the affordable price. Fast shipping, bonus belts, and decent quality make it a worthwhile purchase overall.

Quick delivery, solid build, and quality of the cable so far. I’d rate it 5 stars if it had 2 USB C, 2 Lightning, and one micro USB. Overall, a good product.
