Ordered an article, but it never arrived. Contacted customer service, but it was an unhelpful bot that refused my claim, stating I didn't provide proof of non-delivery despite sending screenshots. The seller blamed the shipper, and Alibaba puts the burden on customers to pursue the shipper. After a month of getting the runaround from Alibaba Express and the seller, I gave up. Not worth the frustration and time for the $22 loss. Lesson learned – no more Alibaba Express for me, regardless of the low prices. The aggravation isn't worth it.
