Stay away from this company. It's a rip-off. They never respond to messages or calls. The guns they send are defective, and good luck getting a refund or exchange. Ours malfunctioned after just 15 minutes, smoking and draining the battery. Believe the bad reviews—they're spot on. This company is a disgrace.

The magazine arrived faulty. Attempted to contact customer service without success. Filed a warranty claim and received a lackluster email suggesting, "Did you purge and refill the mag?" Overall, the experience was disappointing with unresolved issues and unhelpful support.

Ordered from U.K. (which has specific airsoft requirements) so always a little hesitant when ordering from another country. Totally put my mind at rest and my order was despatched with no issues. Great customer service and would deel with again

Got a nice deal on some stuff now, and they all came in good shape. Shipping is slow compared to nowaday's standard, and I wish the website would use more than 1 photo per item, but it's all good quality at fair prices.

I want to find out if this thing is available in Europe, specifically in Romania. If it is, I'll give it a shot and update my review accordingly.

I didn't opt for faster shipping, but it arrived rather disorganized, and Airsoft GI kept sending updates. Good experience.
