I've been with Acuity for over 14 years now. Early on, I had some unexpected claims, including one for data loss. They managed these claims quickly and professionally, safeguarding my business. Although I haven't had any claims for many years, it's reassuring to know I'm covered by Acuity. I wouldn't consider switching to another insurer.

I just renewed my policy for 2025, which covers auto, home, and umbrella. I haven’t had any accidents or claims in years. Still, my premium increased by over 12% without a clear reason. I appreciate the company and your service, but I don’t believe the rise in my premium was warrented.

My latest experience was receivin' my premium statement, which hiked up by hundreds of dollars. I switched to Acuity for fairer rates, but any benefits from the first year were wiped out in the second. I ain't stickin' with Acuity if rates go up again.

Dealing with an insurance company that's not local is a hassle. There's no personal customer service, and getting someone on the phone is a nightmare. They make you wait all the time, which is annoying. I doubt I'll stick with them for long.
