It's much more affordable to make payments instead of one big payment at one time, makes for more travel opportunities when you can spread that expense out. The payments are taken right out of account monthly. Worked so well, used it a second time.

I've had a few loans with this company

I've had a few loans with this company, all paid off, sometimes early. This will likely be my final time dealing with them due to the very poor customer service. I booked a trip through Norwegian Cruise Lines, and the first time, the payment from Uplift was declined (I have an email proving it). After retrying, the payment was approved (I also have that email). In short, I ended up with two trips and was charged twice by Uplift. Although Norwegian promptly refunded me and provided confirmation, Uplift has yet to return my money. Despite having confirmation that it's been refunded and making efforts to contact all parties involved, Uplift hasn't fulfilled their part. Speaking with a representative is impossible, and their email customer support is ineffective. They swiftly take your money but drag their feet when it's time for a refund, which seems unfair. It's not my fault, yet I'm suffering the consequences. They'll charge me for two trips and, judging by other reviews, possibly add interest, even though I have proof that I shouldn't have been charged for one of them. This feels predatory, and I wouldn't recommend them. The only seamless process appears to be when they're taking your money, not when they owe you.

NEVER trust this company!

I used their service before without any issues, but this time they really messed me over! I missed some payments because I was in the hospital. After I left, I paid everything I owed. They STILL haven’t told the credit bureau that I paid, and said they don’t take part in Good Will Lending, so they won’t remove late payments to help customers—even though they could if I still had an account! They don’t even follow their own rules correctly! TOTAL SCAM! I reported them to the attorney general consumer fraud division, but this company already caused too much harm.

There was an assumption that he would handle the payments, leading to an unexpected and frustrating situation. This lack of clarity in the process has left me dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Beware! I ordered a pair of heated socks w rechargeable batteries and trusted their promise of a thirty day money back guarantee. Instead I received a pair of socks w empty comtainers for 6 AA batteries. And when I complained I was offered a 30% (thirty percent) refund!!!! This company is a fraud.
