Got this backpack after a friend's rave review. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the fun colors, though the main dark green isn't bad at all. It's super organized, like a clam shell, perfect for travel. Just don't expect it to be your go-to work bag, although it does have a laptop compartment. It's lightweight, and there's still room to cram in extra stuff, just like a regular backpack. The outside zippers are handy for all those little things you need easy access to while traveling. I really dig it. If I could change one thing, I'd add wheels, but I know they have a hybrid version for that. Overall, it’s pretty great!

This was our first time tryin' out home delivery meals. The food came in a good refrigerated box. Cookin' 'em was easy and they looked tasty. Each dish was yum! Picking from the menu each week is fun. This service is great and takes away some of the pressure of makin' new meals. Thanks a lot!

Bought a Cotopaxi Ceilo Trench rain jacket back in April, and after only a few months of light use, it developed a long, straight tear at the back, right along the seam. Clearly, not just a random rip; it's something wrong with the material itself. I reached out to Cotopaxi, sent them photos, and got an automatic email back but nothing else for over a week. When they finally got in touch, they offered me a tiny gear patch—basically just a sticker. Tried explaining this wouldn't fix the issue, but no response. It took posting a review online to hear back, and even then, my review on their own site was never published. They labeled it "accidental damage" and told me to pay for repairs myself. Frustrating, given their big promises on customer service. Sadly, can't recommend Cotopaxi now.

I got a Fuego Down Hooded Jacket from Cotopaxi for Christmas, and I was pretty excited to try it out. It looked awesome and felt like it was going to be perfect for my outdoor adventures. I got a fleece from REI and the sizing is all wrong. According to their size chart, a large should fit a 41-43” chest, but the actual product is way bigger, more like a 50” chest. It’s like drowning in fabric. Returning it is a hassle too, as they charge you for shipping. Honestly, I regret buying it online. If you really need something from REI, go to their store where you can try things on and exchange them easily. Their online customer service is pretty lacking, especially for the price you pay. This kind of experience makes me understand why people stick to big retailers like Amazon. Not buying from REI again.

I love Cotopaxi's gear and clothing, but their customer support is a mess. Had an issue with my order where they shipped two Allpa bags in a flimsy plastic bag instead of a box. One of the bags got swiped by someone at FedEx. Saw the driver roll up with just one bag, but after their investigation, they couldn't find my missing 70L bag. Cotopaxi hasn't replied in days, no agents available on chat, and their old customer support lines are gone. Considering all the stuff I’ve bought from them, this might be my last order. Too many other brands out there with better customer service.

Got a super dull, dark one instead, like black, dark blue, and maroon. Thought it was a fluke, so I returned it (lost shipping fee) and tried again. Second one shows up just as dark and ugly as the first. No bright colours, just more disappointment. Return policy is a joke, lost more money on shipping. I ordered some stuff from this company, and they ended up charging me double the taxes for shipping to Canada. Like, they put this crazy high tax amount on the invoice, way more than Canadian taxes, and then DHL slapped on another huge charge that was supposed to cover shipping, taxes, and duties.
