I sent a book to my cousin
I sent a book to my cousin, but turns out they had moved and I didn’t know. FedEx didn't forward it, so I was pretty stressed. When I rang up customer service, they told me the book was coming back to them. And get this - they said they’d reprint it and send it to the right address, without charging me a cent! Honestly, I was blown away. Totally didn’t expect that, especially since I messed up in the first place. The way they handled it, just wow. They’ve got a customer for life in me!
