    I was really looking forward

    I was really looking forward to my graduation announcements, but when they arrived, I was pretty let down. Out of the 60 I ordered, only around 15 were in decent condition. The edges on most of them were discolored, and some even had weird yellow spots on the pictures. A handful had bent edges too. I honestly expected much better quality from Forever. It was disappointing to see so many issues, especially for such an important event. I thought I was making the right choice with them, but I guess I was wrong.

    I was really pressed for time with the deadline to buy the program or switch to a monthly subscription, and it was right around Christmas too, which made it even harder. I wish I could've had the Historian first to organize my photos before diving into Forever, but the price and timing just didn't work out for me. The program seems fantastic, but it's just too pricey. Thanks, Mary Bass.

    If I could remove this one star, I would. I am so deeply frustrated and disappointed with Forever. I ordered an album for my daughter's wedding for their guest book. It was ordered in PLENTY of time to be shipped and received weeks before the wedding. I contacted customer service 5 days before the wedding because I had not received the album. I asked them to please reprint and reship. I was told that wasn't possible and was given the link to follow the shipping of the original album. It simply stated "running late". Two days before the wedding after another email to Forever Support I was told they would reprint the album and rush ship it, but without the lay flat pages. I am sitting here one week AFTER the wedding and still do not have either album. And Forever isn't responding to my emails requesting a refund. My advice, don't use this company. There is no guarantee of anything. Again, I am so disappointed.

    Expensive, tricky pricing, wish id never gotten into this

    Too expensive and too many tricky photo prices. We bought a small box for $60 but as we were filling it we’re only allowed to put two items in it! Two slides or photos to be digitalizes! Not a full box of things. Who pay $60 to get two photos digitalized? We were also under the impression that an album page (front and back) was $2.50 each. Turns out it’s $5.00 each. So this is too confusing and expensive for us. Plus you have to pay up to $1,000 for cloud storage space. We haven’t even got our things back so I can’t speak to the quality of their work yet but these prices are way too much and their boxes are not straightforward. They want us to pay about $500 including their so-called discounts. Wish id never been sucked into this.

    I opened my mailbox to a surprise package, and, well, it wasn’t something I’d ordered. Inside, there was this old, dusty cassette tape and a big empty plastic bag. No flash drive, but I wasn’t really expecting one, given I never sent in any tape. It was like getting a time capsule from the '80s, but without the instructions or any real purpose. I double-checked my orders, just to be sure, but there was nothing like this on my list. It's a bit baffling, honestly. Not sure what to do with a tape these days, especially one I never asked for. Feels like a mix-up, but an odd one for sure.

    It’s been over a week

    It’s been over a week since I reached out about a problem with my product activation. I was told an engineer would contact me by Monday, but here I am, still waiting. I'm trying to change the registered email on my account, but it feels like I'm stuck in a loop with no help in sight. Every day I check my inbox, hoping for some update, but nothing. This delay is frustrating, especially since it's something that should be simple to fix. Hoping someone from their team sees this and finally reaches out. I just want to get this sorted and move on. Can anybody help me here?

    I thought I'd try this

    I thought I'd try this company because the deal sounded great. I was told I could fill up the box with my order, but turns out, I could only add 10 items. Not what I expected! Then, once they finally uploaded everything, the videos wouldn't play. They claimed you could download to watch, but that didn't work either—not on my new laptop or phone. And now they want even more money! Seriously, it's way too pricey compared to other options. I'm pretty frustrated and just want a refund at this point. They can keep the videos, I’m done. Not worth the hassle or the money.

    I reached out for help

    I reached out for help on February 1st, thinking it would be sorted quickly. The person on the phone told me an engineer would contact me the following week. Well, it's been two months now, and guess what? No one's reached out. Still stuck with the same issues and nothing's resolved. I've been patient, but this is getting ridiculous. Just want this fixed already.
