She was smart, friendly, patient, and very helpful as she assisted me with the issue of losing 10 years of my granddaughter's photos from Historian! OneDrive was the problem, and she managed to recover them, create shadow and backup copies, and even helped turn off OneDrive since it doesn't work well with Historian. I’ve been a Forever member for years, using the platform to store family photos, videos, and documents. I’m also a Club member, which lets me save money for extra storage. I’ve bought a few of their ornaments as gifts, which are quite nice. Their digitization service is somewhat pricey, but I’m satisfied with it. I don’t buy their kits or other products because they don’t work on my MAC computer. :( They’re a bit slow in adding new features. For instance, I asked for a better way to edit long video clips and made other suggestions.
