I was expecting a proper fix or even a simple update, but instead, it’s been nothing. It seems Bloomz only cares about taking your money and has no interest in fixing mistakes when they happen. They even offered a $70 coupon that didn’t work at all—just another empty gesture. It looks like when they ran out of stock, they just sent me whatever was lying around, hoping I wouldn’t notice. It’s really disappointing to be treated like this. I’ve tried to stay calm and professional, but their lack of accountability makes it so hard. I wrote to them and they sended two more of the same Vapes. $70 worth of items. That right there made me a Binoid/Bloomz buyer for life. I will even say you should try and get something from Binoid now! Their prices are already great with daily deals and if you sign up for updates and new product news you get a cut not just once but all the time in your email with codes. Thanks again. I've made two orders with them and just completed my first purchase from their sister store, Bloomz, today. After seeing some negative reviews, I felt the need to share my experience. Both times, I received my order from Binoid on time without any issues. I'm still trying out the THC options, and I really enjoy them (THCP, A, HHC, etc...). It's quite a bit to learn, but they work just like a THC vape cart. If you look for a discount code, they often give a good deal on your orders. Definitely give them a try. The dress I bought is still the prettiest one I have.
