I thought their support was okay at first… when I actually got to talk to someone. My problem with Binoid is they locked my account not once, not twice, but three times already. I guess they didn’t like that the promo codes I used were fully valid and applied correctly. They really took too long letting the 50% code be used so many times. I call and they just say my accounts are locked…blah send an email to customer care…blah…I've emailed them over 5 times asking why my account can’t be reopened and still no reply after more than a month. I switched companies and feel much better now. This new company treats Veterans well and offers the same promo as Binoid, but they don’t treat their customers like garbage like Binoid does.

Binoid shows only positive reviews on their website, but that is not really true because their customer service is very poor. They list orders as "complete" once they drop it with USPS – what kind of company does not even check if the package really arrives? My order has now been waiting almost 3 weeks and I already had to file a missing mail request again for the third time. There was no offer for a discount, no sorry, nothing at all. On top of that, the items are not always the same and you cant even know for sure what is in them.

It's been some time since I last bought and saw them again. Then I remembered I had made a purshase once before. I went with the thcp grape flower. Shipping took way too long. They said USPS was to blame. Oddly, I never had such delays with anything else from USPS. Makes me wonder if they even have the stuff in hand when you order. The thcp grape flower let me down. I was tricked by how nice their site and box looked. I won’t order from them again.

I ordered from them and what I got was fake, it didn't work at all. Then they told me I won a contest and that they would send me a bundle, but that never came. I emailed and contacted them, and they said they would escalate it to management, but 48 hours passed and I never heard back. Nothing ever happened. I believe their products are fake. They have only five-star reviews, but with so many good reviews, it seems impossible.

Horrible customer service. It takes forever to get your orders. I gave them another chance a year after a few bad experiences and, nope... they are still bad, maybe even worse now. I placed my order on 2/3. It's been 15 days and still nothing. It took them 3 business days just to process my order. Boston Hemp is a way better company.
