Other places take forever to ship, and I got tired of the waiting, so I appreciate that Binoid has reasonable shipping times. However, I've noticed that sometimes they send out broken products—while they do replace them once you explain the issue, it’s still annoying that they don't always get it right the first try. For example, one time I got a jar of 350mg gummies, and it felt like there was zero THC in them. I ate a WHOLE ONE and felt absolutley nothing. It was kinda weird. Besides that, I've mostly had good experiences with them.

It took me three emails before I finally got someone who was helpful enough to reset my password. If anyone from the company tries to claim I signed up for this, that’s not true. If your system lets someone get signed up for AutoShip just by scrolling through an order, without confirming with the customer, then that’s a flaw in your process.

I've had 3 bust orders in a row. The first was 2 vape carts. Both arrived 2/3 full. After some hemhawing, they sent me (1) replacement. 2nd and 3rd orders were both for THCA Diamonds, 2500mg, an Indica, Hybrid and a Sativa. All 3 were ruined, as if they were melted. It looked like Amber pool of melted goop. No longer resembled crystals and was a solid mass. It was hard but gooey when cut, very difficult to get a piece off of it and sticking to everything it touches. As I went to investigate, I see numerous people complaining of this same problem as far back as 8 months ago. Binoid knew about it but is still trying to pass off subpar product at full price. It's almost as if they are buying damaged product from someone and trying to sell it as undamaged. Three strikes and you're out! I suggest you go ANYWHERE else.
