Ms. Mayuri Chavan was helpful and quick to respond, guiding me through the required documents such as the invitation letter and leave letter. Her instructions were clear, and she displayed good customer service. Mr. Sagar Mundra was also patient and assisted with customer service. However, there is room for improvement in the quality of service provided by junior staff in the Call Centre, who initially seemed confused. I had to escalate the matter to Mayuri and Sagar for resolution. Additionally, the real-time updates on the app need improvement. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I have varied experiences with Atlys. All the visas I applied for arrived on time. But this time, I had to pay Rs 1000 for downloading the visa under the pretense of urgent delivery, which I never asked for and came two days later. I also spent Rs 2244 on travel and related insurances, which they didn’t provide or refund, even after I asked them many times.

The company should improve its customer service and helpline, which didn’t answer my calls or get back to me, making it a stressful process despite receiving my visas after a minor delay. A special thanks to VFS Global’s support, who quickly sent me the e-visa copies when I couldn’t reach the Atlys team. I got the copies from Atlys soon after as well.

I had to contact them a few times before the work got started, but once it did, it was done well. One of their team members, Sheetal, did a good job. She was patient and explained everything clearly, making sure the application was correct.

Kyrgystan Visa Shenanigans

Okay, so the application process was okay. They asked me to resend docs via email, after I'd already uploaded them—no biggie. I get my visa, on time, as promised. Fast forward to the check-in counter, and they needed to validate my visa on the Government of Kyrgystan website. For this, I needed an OTP, after entering my visa number, which I never received. When I called Atlys emergency services, instead of being helpful, the person I spoke to told me to contact the embassy to verify my visa. Instead of proving practical advice or being helpful to try and obtain the OTP for me, he basically told me to sort it out myself. I expected better service when it was actually required to be honest. The call back tool about 25 mins, while I waited and pleaded with the staff to check me in. I spent Rs 33,000 for two visas for peace of mind, and it was definitely not delivered when it was required. Atlys needs to have better training for employees that are having an emergency situation at the airport and require immediate attention.

I applied for an Indian E-Visa for my elderly mother-in-law, hoping Atlys would provide a fast service. Normally, an Indian E-Visa takes about 72 hours if applied through the government site. I submitted the application on 21st December through Atlys. Now it’s 2nd January, and the updates show Atlys hasn’t even forwarded the application to the Indian authorities! I reached out via their helpdesk Chat for an update. It says they usually reply in 3 minutes, but after an hour, there’s no response. This is really anoying. I might cancel and try the complicated e-visa form on the government site instead.

FRAUD ALART ‼️ I have applied for Egypt visa through this company called Atlys. When I applied on their app, it shows I will receive my visa on 24th September 2025. On 24th September 2025, one notification came on their app that my visa is ready. However, whenever I press the visa approved section, the visa isn’t there.After that I contacted their customer service and spoke on their live chat, they told me that my visa has been approved and it’s on my app and I don’t have to go to the embassy However, the visa isn’t approved on the app. After that I have called their customer service and I told them that I did not find any visa on my app. The customer service agent said unfortunately, I have to go to the embassy but I don’t have to pay any visa fee as I have already paid them. On 25th September, I went to the Egypt embassy and showed them the appointment letter they attached to me. The embassy staff, they said they don’t recognise this company. Also I don’t have any appointment. They said this is fraud, and if I want to do new application, I have to do through the Egypt embassy and have to pay them the visa fee. So I have no other choice, I had to pay the visa fee in embassy again. They have wasted my time also they scammed me £63 pound doing nothing.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Atlys regarding my Georgia visa application. I submitted my payment and all required documents on April 3rd, and have clear proof of this — including multiple screenshots. Despite this, I had to follow up several times due to repeated issues with their document upload process. Every time I reached out, I was reassured that everything was in place and that my visa would be processed on time. Now, just days before my planned travel, I’ve been informed that the visa is delayed by a week — and shockingly, they are blaming me for not uploading documents on time. This is simply not true, and I have evidence to prove it. This kind of miscommunication, lack of ownership, and poor customer support is absolutely unacceptable, especially when people are relying on these services for international travel. I trusted Atlys to handle this process professionally — they have failed, and I strongly caution others before using their services.

I had a very disapointing experience with Atlys when applying for my visa to Australia. They messed up my application, even getting my date of birth wrong! It makes me think about what other errors they might have made with my papers. During the whole process, there was NO support from their team. I tried to reach out several times for assistance, but was met with silence. When I finally heard back, they claimed there was no mistake, which is really annoying given the obvious error. The promise of an on-time visa is a joke, and the company seems to be run by a bunch of clueless fools. Their staff (Harsh, Shahin, Divakar, Rajit) were giving incorrect information at every turn and were not helpful at all. I hoped for a professional service, but what I got was carelessness and a total lack of responsibility. I would definitely recommend avoiding Atlys for your visa processing. Spare yourself the hassle and find another option!
