Worst Visa consultant

The website boasts all good stuff. Just do the visa fee payment and then begins the real experience. If you got any queries/concerns then forget about their response on their conceirge number, to get response on their chat service....it takes literally 2-3 hours for an executive to respond with answers and at last emails ???. Usually they don't respond unless you send them multiple reminders. They don't live up to their commitment at all. My whole plan got messed up because of delays from their end. Their policy says to refund if they cross their ETA. However in my case they even denied the refund. Their service end up in loss for me.Learnt my lesson.....will never go for these guys again.....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES...... WORST VISA CONSULTANT.

Third class and zero knowledge

Very poor service from atlys. No customer service, no one available to talk, when leave msg says agent will come back in few hours . After submitting details of trip agent said no more documents or requirement needed, then disappear for 10 days no update left application as it is after 10 days new requirement comes in to provide ticket and hotel booking if you have applied 100's of visa you should know what documents needed for which country . Third class service better train ur agents first for customers. Japan visa refused due to lack of knowledge from atlys staff. Keep changing visa arrival dates as staff dont know the correct documents required , they keep disappear for 10 days no update Not recommended

Atlys is a scam

Atlys is a complete scam. You pay them an "Atlys fee," they collect all your documents, and then submit incorrect or incomplete visa applications. As a result, your visa gets rejected, which happened to me and several of my friends. They claim it's not their fault, but they won't even provide proper reasons or take responsibility for their mistakes. Worst of all, they refuse to refund the money after their errors caused the rejection. Avoid them at all costs—this company is just a bunch of frauds preying on people!

They are nothing but scammers!

I am absolutely furious with this company! I paid 18k for a France visa application, and it’s been over a week with ZERO response to my emails or messages. The customer service here is non-existent. I’ve reached out multiple times with no acknowledgment or updates. They took my money and are now completely ignoring me. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any service. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They are nothing but scammers!

AVOID ATLYS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

One of the worst services I have ever received. First, they add you to a WhatsApp group of four, and literally no one will respond to your queries. You have to chase behind them everyday regarding updates. The app asks you to apply for health insurance; Please don't do that if you are staying in another country. The embassy expects you to take the local insurance. I lost a lot of money in this. Finally, the itinerary prepared by Atlys members had so many errors, I have to rewrite it. NOT WORTH IT.

BAD BAD BAD Experience - False Commitments - No Response from Atlys Team

Atlys - Filled Mumbai forms for Ahemedabad VFS I had a visa appointment at Ahmedabad VFS and Atlys team filled form of Mumbai VFS. Reaching at VFS, we weren't allowed to proceed. We 3 had took day off from office and school. We had to pay at VFS for their premium service for all 3 of us. Even after multiple complains and reminders Atlys did not refund anything. No one is replying in WhatsApp group. No one pick up the phone.

Basically a scam

Took two hours to return a visa that gets issued immediately and then had the audacity to charge and additional $30 for apparently providing it early. Worst of all, they got the visa wrong misspelling my last name and my place of birth. Have so far been unresponsive when queried. I was forced to get my visa via another provider as it was time sensitive. Will hopefully get a refund. Would avoid at all costs.

they sent me fake via twice to take money when my friend checked in embassy the visa application was not yet granted to me its not legit and they are taking the money only no one care when asked they told its IT mistake that the visa approved actually it hasnt approved we are still waiting they refusing to accept the mistakes do not apply with atyls they are big time chaeters for money in the name of embassy fee

Visas should be A$50 no more

When getting and Indonesian visa you shouldn’t pay more than A$55 this company charged me $107 for two visas then wouldn’t release them until I paid a further A$82 as a “fee” once questioned what the fee is for they say simple “admin” but don’t actually do anything……. Keep searching for a company that doesn’t charge you a fee as there is no “admin” involved 😡😡😡

Incompetent company and doesnt refund money

I have applied for singapore visa via them and was said that embassy cancelled the application lol My brother and his wife applied for dubai visa that time also they said embassy cancelled the application and they didnt issue any refund because according to them it is not their refund policy. “Atlys is Scam”

For online visa ok

Not ok for Europe , uk , usa and other biometric based visa . They never check document uploaded , embassy data for processing time , if you are a frequent busy traveller don't go for they , they give misinformation a lot , you can even get visa after dep date .. total waste of money .

Please be aware: This website is not real and not trusted A group of dishonest people took my money without showing clear information in their website and they are refusing to return the money back. They took my card details and my money already report to the bank about them

Scam scam scam this sight has a New York address but accepted my application for a via between my location and Asia! Took my money! Don’t even go here! Danger danger danger. Hate thes scammers. They also have my passport details! Seriously concerned!!!!!!!

Their service seemed unreliable to us. After taking our passports, we waited nearly a month, only to find out they hadn't submitted the visa applications. It was hard to get in contact with them, and their phone numbers changed frequently.

Worst experience for Atlys. They provide zero support and the app has many bugs. It is not reliable at all. They take money and never respond to your queries.
