Prepare to be shocked! I stumbled upon this website hoping for a smooth visa process. Initially, I paid them £55, only to receive an email later saying they couldn't assist me. Fair enough, right? But here's the kicker: after a month of silence, they finally refund me, but guess how much? Only £25—less than half of what I originally paid! It's beyond disappointing; it's downright infuriating. Don't fall victim to their scam tactics. Read this, and heed my warning before you lose time and money.

This company is a pile of crap. Their app is crap. Their service is crap. They make false promises after taking your money and then string you along all the way to the point you need to leave and then FAIL to get the visa. THEY ARE AN UTTER DISGRACE and legal actions should be taken against them. Their behaviour causes costs, inconvenience, and risks potentially even worse situations unfolding for those whom they string along. .

Disappointed with their lack of professionalism and skill. Tried to get a SA visa, got reminders for payment, but once paid, communication disappeared. They charge excessively and leave you to do the work alone. It feels like a scam and a refund is deserved.

This company is a Scam. I can't believe they are allowed to operate by the relevant authorities. I lost a lot of money for my flight tickets and accommodation to Bali (Indonesia) because my Tourist visa that was supposed to be processed within 5 days, according to their website, is yet to be out after 3 weeks now. My friends have applied 1 week after me from the embassy website, and they received their visa within 3 days. That is so painful , and I am disgusted, regretful, in pain .My holidays are wasted. Please Folks, do not use their services, and I will appreciate it if there is a way to report them. They are definitively based in India. I am not even feeling safe since they have my personal details. I am really in pain because it has affected my colleagues too. I have applied 3 weeks before my trip Their support are useless and just send template of apologies. That's so painful ! Since I am not the only one reporting this bad experience, they need to cease their operation and be reported!

The promised turnaround time of 72 hours turned into a prolonged ordeal, with delays occurring not once, but twice, accumulating to over 8 days. Despite promptly submitting all required documents during registration, the unsettling pattern of repeated promises followed by last-minute application withdrawals became the norm. Regrettably, suitable explanations for these disruptions were elusive, leaving a bitter taste in the aftermath of this experience.

I submitted visa applications for myself and my mother on 6/01/2024, with an expected delivery date of 21/01/2024 according to the Atlys App. However, as of 23/01/2024, there's no update. The lack of real-time information is affecting my travel plans, and the uncertainty is frustrating. I applied well in advance, anticipating timely processing. Now, with my travel date approaching on 29/01/2024, the delay raises concerns about boarding the flight. Atlys needs to address this promptly, either by providing a confirmed delivery date or a full refund to prevent further inconvenience.

The subsequent refund of (6,600) revealed an undisclosed 35% deduction for service and courier fees, unjustifiably high for an in-city transaction. Their unprofessionalism and lack of transparency make them an untrustworthy choice.

Despite creating a document list and a WhatsApp group, responses to calls and messages were nonexistent. The lack of responsiveness made the process feel like a nightmare. I would strongly advise against choosing Atlys and recommend considering local travel agents for a smoother experience.
