After using LuxAlgo for a while, I found it didn’t fit well with my own trading style. However, I was really happy with how good their indicators are and the great support they provide. Rodrigo from the support team was very kind, patient, and professional the whole time. Because of his help, getting a refund was easy and without any problems. It’s hard to find a company that gives strong tools and great customer service together. I truly value LuxAlgo’s honesty and care for their users. I would still suggest them to anyone looking into new trading methods.

Great indicators! To work with indicators, it's important to grasp how price action functions, but using Lux Algo makes it so clear for even the beginner traders. The price action ideas, signals, and overlays are real game changers, and it doesn't matter if you know all the technical lingo. If you can recognize that green means bullish and red means bearish, you can use their indicators and earn profits. I could say a lot more about how good Lux Algo is, but I'll just say try it out, and you wont regret it...30 days trial is free.

Billing problem fixed.

Billing problem fixed. Used free indicators on TradingView, then bought 30-day risk-free sub. Liked PAC and Signals & overlays. Canceled on 25th day, just to try. After 4 months, saw no credit on my card. Emailed support Sunday night with screenshots. WOW. By morning, they said refund was coming. Think it's a tech issue, not intention. Good job LuxAlgo, keep it up!

Great products. I tried both the free and paid versions. Both are really good. I like the premium ones for their clear 2-in-1 indicators that do a lot of things well. Customer service is also excellent. This really helped me see my trades better and greatly boosted my trading.

I used Luxalgo premium indicators. They have many settings and are quite detailed. But after giving it a shot, I found they didn’t really suit my trading style. The support team was quick to respond. The 30-day refund policy was fine. It’s worth giving a try.

Scam Alert: Locked Out During Cancellation Window, Charged Anyway

Billed for a subscription I couldn't cancel because their system wouldn't let me in - and I have proof I was charged for an annual renewal on November 30th for an account I had no way to access. Here's what happened: November 21st: I tried to log in so I could cancel before the renewal date. Password reset failed - the email never came through. I have browser history that confirms this. November 30th: They charged me for the renewal. I was still locked out with no way to cancel. December 1st at 10:04 PM: The password reset email finally showed up. How convenient - right after they'd already collected my payment. This isn't about forgetting to cancel. I made the attempt nine days before renewal. Their system just didn't send the reset email until after they'd charged me. When I reached out to support, their AI chatbot kept me going in circles and wouldn't escalate to an actual person. When I eventually got a human response via email, they offered a partial "goodwill" refund and warned they would dispute any chargeback with my bank. No apology. No acknowledgment of their system failure. I've documented everything with screenshots: Browser history confirming my login attempt on Nov 21st Password reset email arriving Dec 1st - after I'd already been billed Billing receipt showing the Nov 30th charge It strikes me as suspicious that password reset functionality seemed to break during the Black Friday renewal period, only to start working again once billing was complete. Avoid subscribing. If you ever try to cancel, best of luck. Their system will lock you out and they'll take your money regardless.
