I bought a rug, and although it looks nice, spills and pet mishaps do go through the carpet, which is not what their videos or website suggest. I received mine last week, and my dog had an accident on it. The pee went through the carpet and reached the rug pad. I reached out to customer service, and they said it's not waterproof, just washable. I get that it can't be completely waterproof, but the claims on their videos and site about being spill proof are quite misleading.
